A couple years ago, I used to hear this song nearly every single time I went into my usual JC Penney's. I think I may have heard it in a couple other department stores as well. I always kind of liked it, but never really looked into who sang it or anything. Then a couple weeks ago, I heard it in a Big Lots (strangely enough, right across the street from said Penney's):
