Damn, I am still feeling kind of nauseous. And my taste is off. I really hope I feel better tomorrow. I do not want to have to lose another day of work.
The other day I checked out the page of this girl I mentioned before, the one who calls herself an Italian princess still. Good god she is even bigger than she was before. And that just makes me want to cackle. And now she is some right wing nutcase that likes to bitch about welfare baby mommas (wouldn't be surprised if she was once one). Also, she still likes to brag about what a badass she is. You're thirty years old and a mom now! Grow the hell up already!
And she shares a page with her husband. That makes me so fucking stabby. It seems so damn possessive. Facebook is free, for Cripe's sake. Get your own damn page!
Commercial count - 7. Seen it once last night and tonight. I was surprised to see it tonight during Food Factory. And speaking of commercials, I like those Little Caesars commercials.

Ugh
This past weekend, both my sister and my brother-in-law had some kind of stomach bug. I have been sweating out getting it. All of this week, I have felt really crappy. Exhausted, cranky, drained, and my stomach has been a bloated mess. Well, this morning I woke up feeling nauseous and overall crappy. The nausea kept getting worse so finally I got up and went in the bathroom and sat on the toilet with the trash can on my lap (hey, if I was going to end up with diarrhea too I wasn't going to be caught off guard). I started to get really warm all over and lightheaded and my vision started darkening and next thing I knew I woke up on the bathroom floor.
I got up off of the floor and went in to wake up my parents but then decided against it and just sat down on the couch. I started to feel nauseous again and when I got up I started to feel lightheaded again, so I sat back down for a few minutes, then went back in to the bathroom. Afterwards, I climbed back in to bed and was freezing cold at that point and was having cramping all across my back and lower abdomen. I called my manager and told her I wasn't coming in to work. I hated calling out, but the fact that I actually passed out made me a little nervous to drive to work.
I fell back asleep and woke up at almost 11:30AM. I told my mom what happened when she asked me why I wasn't in work- I have to laugh because she says "are you sure you passed out?". And a few minutes ago, my dad just asked me "are you feeling any better since you passed out? Or you think you did?". Um, let's see- I was sitting on the toilet and then woke up on the floor; I think it's safe to say I did pass out. Why is everyone freaking doubting me? Anyway, back to when I woke up, while I was talking to my mom, I started to feel warm and nauseous again, so I went and sat on the toilet with my head between my legs. No passing out this time, thank goodness.
I feel lousy. My legs and back hurt and I keep getting pains across my abdomen. And my anxiety is having a fucking field day with this. Blacking out? Legs and back hurt? Are you sure your Addison's fear aren't legitimate? Oh, and my blood pressure was 102/59 earlier. Then again, when my sister first got sick, her blood pressure was like 84/49. It's a weird bug, or whatever it is.
I hate getting sick. Just like when I get hurt, I get cranky as hell when I am sick. Considering my immune system is usually like super strength, I think I get offended that my immune system didn't work hard enough to prevent me from getting sick. Then again, I don't know what this is. I haven't had any fevers, and even as nauseous as I have been, I haven't vomited (knock on wood) and I only had diarrhea once (sorry). The rest of the time was just normal. Or maybe that's just my chronically constipated digestive system's answer to a stomach bug.
And if it's not a bug, I am wondering if it has anything to do with IBS. I have been having a bad flare up this week and I am almost wondering if it got bad enough to actually cause me to feel so sick and pass out. It apparently can happen.
My FWA was whining on Facebook earlier that she is so over this day and it needs to be over. Aw, what's the matter? You have to pick up my slack for once?

Commercial viewing count is now at 5. I saw it twice today. I still can't help but wonder why all of a sudden it's showing so much. Eh, whatever, I'm not complaining. All I know is every time I hear it, I practically give myself whiplash turning my head to see it.
Maybe one of these days I will post it as Video Of The Day. But I won't say it is the commercial.
I have been in such a horrible mood today. Not really sure why. All I know is my sister calling and telling me that I have a hair appointment on Saturday at 12:30PM really set me off. I knew I should have told her I did not want to go on a Saturday. Did I listen to myself? No. I am a little pissed about not being able to sleep until when I want to but I am more pissed about it running into my lunch time than anything. God, it's so fucking annoying, having to eat at certain times.
Also, I am really not looking forward to this damn baby shower on Sunday. Ugh.
And then I had to stop at the market on the way home and it was packed. Packed with mean old people. I was ready to scream standing in line. Like they don't have all freaking day to go? All I wanted to do was get home and see my mom, since she just came home today.
I haven't heard any more crying on Tartlr about the Andrew and his girlfriend thing. I'm sorry, deep down I am dying to know if they did break up. Why, I don't know. Just nosey, I guess. And in a way it kind of makes me sad if it's true. They are cute together. It wasn't very nice, but the first time I saw the "Alien Days" video, one of the first things I thought was, what if they ever break up? Anyway you look at it, if it's true....my body (and virginity) is ready, Mr. VanWyngarden.
Yeah. One can wish, eh?

First off, Mom did fine with her surgery!
And then....this:

Mom has her surgery today. Shit, I wish I would have just stayed home today. I have no idea how I am going to be able to concentrate in work.

The Awesome Of The Day
I was eating lunch and.....surprise! The commercial came on again! I seen it on TV Land today while I was watching Roseanne. I always thought TV Land would be a good channel to see it, but those times I waited to see it before, it never came on. Earlier today, though, I saw one of the other commercials, so I was hoping I'd see it. And I did, albeit when I was least expecting it!
Now it's going to be like hell to pry me away from the boob tube today, because I am going to want to wait around to see it again. Although.....The Brady Bunch is on now.
10:57PM: Yay! Just saw it on Nick at Nite!
Ugh, I am so fucking weird. Also, I wonder if now I'll start seeing it so much that I will get sick of it!
Also, what is the stuff about Andrew and his girlfriend supposedly breaking up? I mean, it's Tartlr I am hearing it from, but I like gossip sometimes, so I still can't help but get sucked in, wanting to know if it's true or not. But the tears! Oh the tears! And the drama! Oh the drama of it all! It's like someone freaking died! It's just two people (maybe) broken up! Good god. These people are acting like the break-up, if it even happened, somehow personally affects them!
And another thing....I am tired of hearing a certain someone say she just wants Andrew happy and to be married. First off, I adore the boy, but to invest that much into the happiness of someone you do not even personally know is just freaking creepy. And does anyone stop to think maybe there is a small chance that he just doesn't want to marry?

It was so nice to have some nice weather on Saturday! Well, Friday was warmer but 1) I was in work and 2) it rained. We were also under a tornado watch. I almost had a heart attack when I saw that. But it as nice and sunny on Saturday. Of course, that brought all of the cretins out of the woodwork and every where was packed to the gills. All we did was go to the bank, two different Wal-Farts, a Boscov's, and Red Robin for dinner. I love Red Robin. I am usually not a big fan of steak fries, but damn do I love theirs. And because I am always watching my girlish figure, I always have to resist taking advantage of the bottomless fries.
Later on, I trekked to DQ to try the red velvet Blizzard. It was good! It just could have used some more cake pieces and cream cheese frosting. But it was not nearly as sweet as I thought it would be, though. I'm already impatient to see what it's in store for March's.
When I was eating my lunch while I was out, the left side of my jaw kept clicking. It was driving me nuts. Not to mention, I woke up with a cold or allergies or something (yet to be determined) on Friday morning and my ears are terribly clogged so they, too, were clicking and popping the whole time I was eating. And I know I was not chewing properly because I am still terrified of biting down and feeling pain so I ended up with a headache after I finished eating. In addition to major sinus pressure and burning. I was not a happy camper.
This obsession with worrying about developing an abscess is going to drive me up the wall. It's nice to have a break from my other health worries, but I want no health worries, dammit! I don't even want to eat or drink because I am so afraid of having sensitivity or feeling pain or whatever. I am constantly checking my gums in the mirror or poking at them or tapping on my teeth. I haven't had much, if any sensitivity, since I was at the dentist, but I am still not letting my guard down.
I finally purchased a mouth guard. Not sure how good it will work, though.
So like I said, I finally saw my commercial on Friday! I swear, it always comes on when I least expect it. I always watch Spongebob before I go to work and have never seen it. Unless it plays at that particular time, in which I always have the Local on the 8's on and miss it. Or it was just a fluke. Guess I'll find out this week. Or it will be another couple weeks before I see it again. I saw two other commercials for the same company during Food Factory on Thursday and Saturday night, but not that particular one. On Friday night, I decided Nick at Night may be a good spot to see it, but alas I only saw the same two commercials as during Food Factory.
Also, I think I really need to quit ONTD minus the MGMT articles. It's a shame, because it can be a really nice community, but more often than not, I am finding it to not be.

OMG FINALLY
I just saw the commercial I have been waiting for! About freaking time! I was going to change the channel to watch the Local on the 8's, but I was too lazy to reach for the remote control to change the channel. I am so glad I did not! Yay!
Now....let's see how long it is before I see it again.

Wut
As I said once before, every time I hear that damn Ultimate Poker or Ultimate Casino (I think it's for both) I get the song stuck in my head. I've googled it a couple times to find out who the song is by and haven't been successful. Well, I gave it a shot again tonight and finally got an answer just now and it's called "Can't Hold Us" and it's by.....Macklemore? Seriously? LMFAO.
Earlier I was on one of the MGMT fan pages I regularly visit and someone, probably some dumb young kid, asked a question about Andrew and his girlfriend and the owner of the page gave an extremely sarcastic response to it. Yes, maybe it was a little bit of a silly question, but there was no need for the snippy response. I don't know what in the hell the girl's problem is that runs the page, but she needs to sit the fuck down. I only go on her page for the pictures of MGMT, but I always have to weed through her pretentious hipster oh I am so cool and so much better than you because I only listen to "indie" music bullshit to get to it.
And her obsession with Andrew's girlfriend is really freaking creepy. I mean, I agree that she is an attractive girl, but to go as far as wanting to fuck her? No. Well....maybe. But I still guarantee most of these girls wouldn't give a shit about her if she wasn't dating Andrew. And this one picture she posted earlier of her.....gurl, the Spice Girls called; they want their platform boots back.
Also, that Ariana Grande chick has an extremely annoying speaking voice. Yikes.
Also also....severe weather on Friday? TOR:CON of 2? Really?

Cops: Man robbed of rock salt at gunpoint

Wow, my monthly time needs to come ASAP. Not only am I anxious as hell, hostile and irritable as hell, but it's also the time I think of wanting to hurt myself the most.
So I did end up going to the dentist on Monday morning. What a freaking waste. I am so damn disgusted. I think from now on, if I cannot see my usual dentist, I am not going to go. I explained how I had pain in my two teeth that mysteriously stopped, the sensitivity in both teeth, how I am not chewing properly and am getting headaches and soreness on the left side near my ear, and how I had a chip out of my back molar. The latter was the only thing taking care of.
I feel like the dentist did nothing. No spraying cold water or air or anything on either tooth to determine which teeth exactly were bothering me. All she did was patch up my back tooth and told me I need to come back for a crown in a couple weeks. After she finished, I said well what about the sensitivity? She gave me Sensodyne and told me if that doesn't help, then I need to go see a root canal specialist. I'm sorry, am I crazy for thinking that is jumping the gun a little much? Like they won't even try a crown or anything on either tooth? My usual dentist is going to do my crown so I am going to ask him about it when I go.
If I don't end up back there sooner. I have been such a wreck since I went. I don't want to have to have root canal done. It's not so much I am afraid of root canal in itself (although someone better prescribe me Ativan or Valium for the day I would go); it's everything that would come after. And reading people's horror stories of post-procedure infections. JFC. I am so terrified I am going to develop an abscess if I don't get what is possibly wrong taken care of ASAP. I don't even want to eat because I am afraid of feeling pain or of food getting in and causing infection. I am not even going to continue listing what else I am afraid of because I am just going to make my anxiety worse.
And in addition to THAT anxiety, my mother is having surgery on Monday, so I am an anxious mess about that. I am so worried that something will happen and I'll feel awful that I didn't push her more to not have it done. I swear to God, sometimes it amazes me I have never tried to kill myself. I'm trying to decide whether to take the day off or not; I want to be there, but to be honest, I think I will be worse of an anxious mess if I have to sit in the waiting room with my father and my grandmother. I honestly think I would have to admit myself to the psychiatric floor. Which with how I am feeling right now, sounds like a pretty damn good idea.
I am listening to "Precious" by Depeche Mode right now and the first time I heard that song was right around the time I went off of Effexor cold turkey. I miss my life before that.

Ugh
I was on some medical forum earlier and I drifted in to the TMJ and muscle community and I read a post about a dental procedure gone awry. The girl had developed a bone infection that apparently spread to her brain. She's okay now, but still. Not the smartest thing to do the night before going to the dentist. Congratulations, Slightly Short of Sane. Are you happy now?

Well, my nephew's first birthday party is done and over with. It was a nice day. Well, not so much the weather (It snowed. Again). My nephew was cranky as shit, though, because he didn't nap. I love that boy to death, but things like that remind me why I don't want children.
Last weekend, I went to one of our farmer's markets with my parents so they could get some supplies for the party today. And while I was there, I happened to see some kid I went to school with. And I actually had a crush on him in sixth grade. Of course, like 99% of the crushes I have had, I look back at it in horror. He was disabled, more than likely what I was attracted to, since I have admitted to having a bit of a fetish for before. Anyway, he happened to turn around at one point and....let's just say he was more disabled than the last time I saw him. And I am absolutely ashamed to admit this, but.....I was fucking horrified. And even worse, I was repulsed. It actually skeeved me out. And I can't stop thinking about it and it's just so repulsive. I can't stand that it won't leave my head, not to mention I feel AWFUL for feeling so horrible about it.
I know, I know. God, I am a horrible person.
I was on MGMT's Twitter page last night and....thirst. So much thirst. Thirst as far as the eye can see. It was freaking embarrassing. And speaking of thirst, one of the fan pages I visit posted a picture of what is supposedly Andrew in his undies and people were freaking out about seeing his penis. And saying he is pretty well endowed. Now I enlarged the picture as big as my iPad would allow (what? I never denied not being thirsty myself), but to be honest, I don't think he is really that big. I'm not saying that as a bad thing, because he looks like he is a nice size. Then again, I won't deny that I don't know what truly would be considered a big penis as opposed to a small one. Besides, the idea of a huge penis inside of me scares the ever loving shit out of me, so even if he is actually what is considered small, what the hell do I care?
When my FWA's friend came to work with pinkeye, my FWA threw a fit and made it all about herself and her damn pregnancy. She started again on Friday about it, that her friend had a lot of nerve coming in to work with pink eye when she knows a pregnant person works there and can't take antibiotics. She's been constantly ranting about getting it and not being able to take antibiotics, so finally I texted my sister and asked her if it's true pregnant women can't take antibiotics. She said nope, they can. I swear, my FWA finds any fucking reason to make everything about her pregnancy. And all she does the whole damn day is walk around rubbing her belly and talking about her pregnancy and I feel like saying JFC we know you're pregnant STFU!
And one day she said something about being on WIC and how she doesn't want to be, but she needs some assistance. No. If you can't afford baby without assistance, then you don't deliberately get pregnant. Just because you WANT a baby doesn't mean you get one when you want it.
I still cannot get over missing that commercial the other day. It still infuriates me. I used to always see it during Too Cute or American Eats and I see it during neither. I even put the Olympics on, since I know the product the commercial is for are sponsors (I actually keep wondering if the Olympics are maybe why I am not seeing it, because it didn't start not showing until they started). And still nothing. I swear, if I ever get to see it again, I am going to miss it again because I am going to pass out from shock.
And sure, thanks to the wonderful world of the internet, I can watch it on Youtube and do, in fact, have it on my favorites list. But I haven't watch it yet because.....I don't know, I feel kind of awkward watching it. Don't ask me to explain, because I don't know why.
And speaking of commercials, I keep seeing commercials for Longhorn and they show the Chocolate Stampede in it and it's making me crave it so bad. All 2430 calories of it. I'm still pissed they got rid of that dessert with the fried cheesecake pieces on top of ice cream with strawberry syrup. It was so good! And I am also debating whether I want to try the Blizzard of the Month (red velvet cake) or not. It looks good, but sounds kind of sweet.
I called the dentist earlier and ended up making an appointment for Monday morning at 9. The girl was so abrupt on the phone (which was surprising, because usually she is fairly nice) and I ended up kind of caving into the appointment. I really want to go as soon as possible, but I am afraid of telling my manager about it. I would still go in to work at normal time and leave like 8:40 or so. But still. I don't know whether to cancel it or just keep it and call my boss before Monday to let her know I made an urgent appointment.

FTS Even More
As I have mentioned, that same damn second to last molar was bothering me ONCE AGAIN, as well as an upper left molar (the first, I think). They both bothered me, then mysteriously stopped. But both are sensitive as fuck to cold stuff now. Well, I just was looking in a magnified mirror to see if there was any gum swelling....and a piece of my back left molar was missing. The same one that lost a piece back over the summer. I have myself so worried that I have or will get an abscess.
Oh and I also have ungodly PMS right now. And I am still pissed beyond belief that I missed that commercial yesterday.

FTS
Earlier I was in the midst of brushing my teeth and was playing on my iPad, happened to turn around and caught the tail end of that commercial I have been waiting to see. I was livid. Almost two weeks I have been waiting to see it! And I've kept the channel on to see if it would come on again. No luck so far. At least I know they are still playing it. But still. Argh!
And yes, I am home again. Last night I was pretty sure one of three things would happen 1) we would be closed 2) we would have a delayed opening or 3) it would be bad enough that I would not go in regardless. My manager called this morning and said that corporate decided to open us. I said "WHAT?!" and she goes "I know, right?". I said I wasn't coming in. It was sleeting like hell. My streets looked like hell. My manager didn't even know how she was getting in. And what would we go in for? So all our patients and clients cancel and we end up losing money anyway? Why is it that when a state of emergency is declared, businesses aren't forced to close? We're not necessary! Emergency personnel, hospital workers, etc, yeah, I could see. But not us.
And while I agree that it's absolutely shitty, my coworkers are bad-mouthing the hell out of work on Facebook. Are they really stupid? And they're acting like we're the only nonessential place in the Northeast open. Um, two of my cousins had to go in to work at normal time as well.
3:50PM: Still no commercial. God, I could just kick something!
I just spent over an hour outside shoveling. My fingers are throbbing (not in pain, more like a pulsing) as they are warming up, I'm light-headed, and my heart feels horrible. I now see why people have heart attacks from shoveling, because I feel like I am about to have one. And I am getting anxious and it's making my heart racing and light-headedness worse.
7:05PM: I didn't realize I haven't brought this bit of stupidity up yet. On Monday, my FWA's friend comes in after being sick for two days, hacking like the hounds of hell (she has one of the most annoying coughs I have ever heard; when people say someone sounds like they're going to cough up a lung, that's exactly what she sounds like she is going to do) and sounding contagious as fuck, and one of my coworkers looks at her and says "you look like you have pink eye in both eyes!". So she makes an appointment with her doctor. But sticks around until 2:30PM. The next day, she comes strolling in. Oh and she did have pink eye! And now she is in work AGAIN. She couldn't take off because just like my FWA, she only has one PTO day left. So instead, she decides oh I'll just come in with an extremely contagious disorder. My manager should have made her go home, because not only was she putting her employees at risk, but our doctors and our patients as well.
I swear, sometimes the level of stupidity in that place just astonishes me.

Random Thoughts
I waited all last week for the weekend to come to see that commercial I talked about before, pretty sure I'd see it during the normal shows I see it during. Not once. I am really disappointed.
And speaking of commercials, I was reading comments on Cheezburger about that huge controversy about the Coke commercial with either "The Star Spangled Banner" or "America the Beautiful or whatever sung in different languages and.....really? Just really? Some of the things people wrote on Twitter were just.....embarrassing. I'm not one to really talk, but some of the things people get up in arms about nowadays are just ridiculous. I don't know who is worse- the ultra PC people or the people who feel their white American Christian beliefs are threatened.
It's like that whole thing with the mixed race family in the Cheerios commercial last year. I've seen two mixed family commercials recently, a new Cheerios one with the same family and one for Swiffer. I've haven't heard any complaints about the latter, but the former.....oh boy. Like who fucking cares? Is it really that big of a deal that two different races mated? If it personally offends you that much, then you have bigger problems than me.
Last year (I think), there was some young girl missing in NJ. And they did find her dead and apparently it was two boys who killed her. I had to laugh when a couple weeks later, the family started talking about filing a suit against the township for not finding her sooner. I just laughed in disbelief. One, she would have been dead no matter when they found her. Two, they found her in less than 3 days. I don't even know if it was 48 hours. A blonde white girl missing? The whole town will be turned upside to find her. And it was. People searched for her day and night. After that surfaced, any sympathy I had for the family evaporated.
I saw this sticker on the back of a car yesterday that said "Real girls are gamers". Now I enjoy old school video games (Yoshi's Island!), but this whole "gamer" thing so fucking annoying, especially when you have girls who have to constantly brag about being gamers and oh they are so not like those fake gamer girls wah wah wah. Ooo you're so unique! STFU already.
I have been ridiculously bloated lately and I don't know if it's all due to the bad eating I have done in the past week or if I either have a new cyst or the left one is still present, but has enlarged. On Thursday I had a pretty significant amount of cramping in my lower left side and across my entire lower back. My breasts have also been kind of sore and I had a few days here and there of light bleeding. If this is something I am going to have to constantly deal with, I'll scream.
Another thing that is making me want to scream is how bad my memory is getting. Last Saturday we were at a different Wal-Fart than the one we usually go to and when we were leaving, I stopped outside because I honest to God could not remember what one we were at. And just as I was about to have a panic attack, I finally remembered. And the whole night all I could think was, what the fuck was that about? And I think I took my night pill at 9 instead of 10 like I always do. And now I am not sure. And I am going nuts trying to remember.
I noticed my tooth that has been bothering me hasn't been bothering me lately, except it seems to be sensitive to really cold stuff. And instead of being like most normal people and thinking oh good it's no longer bothering me, now I am worried the tooth root died. And harassing my good friend Google on what the symptoms of a dead root are. IT. NEVER. STOPS.
The good news is, my anxiety seems to have lightened up some since last week.
It's snowing. Again. STAHP MOTHER NATURE.

Song Of The Day
I was reading this article one day and I thought, where on earth have I seen those pants before? Then I remembered. And if I recall, he wore them like 2 or 3 days in a row.

The Awesome Of The Day
The response to the first letter:
Miss Manners: Announcement of baby’s gender is not an occasion for party
Oh snap. Those parties are ridiculous. All they do is say LOOK AT ME I BRED SHOWER ME WITH MORE STUFF AND ATTENTION. No, sorry that is what the shower is for. If anyone should be celebrated at a gender reveal, it should be the man, since it was his spermies who decided what the baby would be. Which reminds me, why do men get pissed when the baby isn't the gender they want? Uh, it was your little swimmers who decided. But anyway....besides, what if you find out you're going to be popping out a hermaphrodite? Shit, if I decided to procreate (GOD FORBID) and found out I was having a hermaphrodite, I'd have to throw a gender reveal party. Ladies and gentlemen, it's a.....both!* But what color cake do you get then? Purple? Cake is about the only reason I'd go to one of these stupid parties. I fucking love cake!
*I'm not making fun of hermaphrodites BTW
I'm sorry, I'm rambling like crazy. My anxiety has been really bad today. Several times I took my blood pressure it was running on the low side of normal (105/65 this morning, 100/69 a little later; there were two other times but I already forget the measurements) and I haven't felt good (extreme heartburn and nausea, dizzy, cold, a few times feeling light-headed a few seconds after I stood up and started walking) and I have a lot of cramping on my lower left side and I am so depressed and frustrated from being anxious. Goddamn my doctor for having to say about maybe going to see an endocrinologist. And goddamn me for not asking him to clarify.
Goddamit, I just finally got the song from the Ultimate Poker commercial out of my head and it just came on. Now it's stuck in my head again! ARGH!

Got my blood results. Everything was normal. No hyponatremia or hyperkalemia (two signs pointing towards Addison's disease; the son of bitch has reeled itself back in some thanks to my doctor's visit last week). No thyroid abnormalities (as expected). The only thing out of range were my monocyte levels, which were 13 and the cutoff was 12. So, probably nothing to worry about. Of course, because I am a sick minded bitch, I still couldn't resist googling it.
I didn't feel good earlier in work and all I kept thinking was I want to take my blood pressure and I didn't have access to a blood pressure cuff and I could feel my anxiety building up more and more until I was ready to scream somebody get me a blood pressure cuff before I freak the fuck out!
The best part of my test results were my cholesterol levels. I nearly cackled maniacally when I saw my total cholesterol. Despite all of my lousy eating and love for fried foods and sweets, it was 169! It was fucking flawless! Well, okay my LDL levels are a little close to being too high (cutoff is 99, mine was 94), but still. It must be all of that oatmeal I eat. I fucking love oatmeal!
I ended up RSVP'ing yes to my FWA's baby shower. I hope I don't regret this. Also, lately there is this commercial I see every so often that I have to stop and watch every time it is on. And I mostly only see it on the weekend during Too Cute marathons, but I keep a look out for it during the week. I don't know why. Fascination, I guess. At first I was kind of skeeved out by it, but now I find it to be kind of a sweet, touching commercial. Ugh, every time I think I can't get any weirder.

Quote Of The Day
From "The Route Of Evil":
Cubert: Hey, Dad. What useless contraption are you half-baking today?
Farnsworth: Eh, wha? Oh! This is my latest invention; a device that lets anyone sound exactly like me!
[Cubert speaks into it.]
Cubert: [Farnsworth's voice] Good news, everyone! I'm a horse's butt!
Farnsworth: I am? That's not good news at all, you little--

Random Thoughts
Ugh this weekend totally did my digestive system in. Chicken parm and that huge piece of carrot cake- which I am happy to say I did not throw up- last night, Olive Garden (eggplant parm) today.....ugh. And now it's supposed to snow tomorrow. Double ugh!
And speaking of the OG, they really need to start selling those panini sandwiches all of the time. The chicken parm one is so good! With working, I can't get there for lunch as often. I was able to go the day after the Electric Factory concert, but that was because I had taken off that day.
I went for my blood work yesterday morning. I had to laugh when I walked into the waiting room- it was full of old people. Really? They didn't have all week to go? Oh and then there was some show on in the waiting room called Ocean Mysteries and they were discussing loggerhead turtles and the hosts were standing in a pool full of baby ones. Do you know how hard it is to not squeal in a waiting room full of people? Anyway, this blood work is the first time I am having my cholesterol levels checked. I'm curious to know what they are, but at the same time, I don't want to know them. Also, I didn't exactly fast 12 hours. I was about an hour short.
I need to decide this week whether to go to my FWA's baby shower. I really do not want to. Except like I said before, I know I will inevitably feel guilty about not going. I think if I wasn't so uncomfortable around my coworkers, it wouldn't be so bad. And then I found out the one girl I used to work with will be there. I have to laugh how she is all buddy-buddy with my FWA now. The same person who used to bad mouth her constantly in the office. The same person who told the whole office that my FWA and her boyfriend used the pull out method and then made fun of her. Which I did, too, because anyone who is dumb enough to think the pull out method is reliable shouldn't be having sex. But I did not do it in the office.
Our manager found out this past week that she was not invited to the shower. To say she was pissed is an understatement. And she was planning on giving my FWA a shower, but asked my FWA something about it and I don't know what her response was except it seemed like she declined having one, and the next thing I knew, my manager sent the rest of an email telling us we weren't having one for her. My FWA used to say constantly that she probably wasn't going to be giving one in the office. I never understood why she said that. Everyone got showers. She's just a fucking dumb ass. And I guarantee sometime down the line, she'll bitch that she wasn't giving one.
Ugh, I never seen a place ooze so much damn drama. And I am not looking forward to going back to work tomorrow. Stupid weekends and their flying by.

Random Thoughts
Good news! I had no cavities! Bad news! My lower left molar is bothering me again when I chew on it! And I have no idea how I will ever find time to go and get it fixed! And all I keep worrying about is it getting bad enough to need root canal or an abscess forms. ARGH!
And more good news- I have a prescription to have blood work done. The bad news- I cannot have my vitamin levels checked. I did ask, but my doctor said insurance companies don't always want to cover those kind of tests without a legitimate reason, so I just said never mind. All I wanted tested were my vitamin B12 levels and magnesium levels! I am so frustrated!
And the thing that is unsettling me the most- my doctor looked at my previous lab results and said something about my cortisol/aldosterone levels and maybe going to see an endocrinologist. I almost screamed at the top of my lungs. Folks, that is the last thing I needed to hear.
My anxiety levels are starting to get really bad. There have been several times in the past week that I have seriously considered going to the hospital because I feel like I am about to suffocate from all of the anxiety and bad thoughts. But then thought better of it. Another thing I am noticing is I am starting to get really attached to things. Not just people, but actual things, like stores, where if they were to close, I'd be really, REALLY upset. I just found out one of my favorite Friendly's closed and I was so damn upset over it. Ugh, every time I think I can't get any weirder....
Also, the past few days I have had some unusual bleeding and cramping on the left side and in my back. Either that cyst is still there or I don't know what is going on. I give up trying to figure out what is wrong with my body. And frankly, I just don't give a shit anymore.
