You also agree that you will not use these products for ... the development, design, manufacture, or production of missiles, or nuclear, chemical, or biological weaponsAnd out of curiosity, I logged off of my XP account and went to another account that did not have iTunes installed and executed it and read through the entire EULA and sure enough, it was in there. I also found this gem in the midst of the gazillion page EULA:
The Apple software is not intended for use in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control systems, life support machines or other equipment in which the failure of the Apple software could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.Am I missing something here? Really? Are humans that stupid that they actually have to provide this kind of warning in agreements? There is actually someone in the world who considered using fucking iTunes to create a weapon? Who wakes up one morning and thinks, "gee, I think I may try to install iTunes onto a patient's life support machine!"? They might not be able to live and breathe on their own, but at least they can listen to some kickass music!
This is as bad as hair dryer warnings stating to not use near water. If you do not know that by now, you shouldn't be operating a hair dryer in the first place.
