Random Thoughts

Ugh, I am so glad tomorrow is Friday. You know, so the weekend can fly by. I am really starting to hate my coworkers. But more on that later.

I finally saw my commercial today after three days of not seeing it. I saw it twice, actually. And am back and forth between three stations hoping to see it a third time. It's kinda sad.

I saw something earlier of Kim Kardashian claiming she is a size 2. No freaking way. My ass is big, but not nearly as big as hers and I can just about get into a 6. Also, Andrew's (possible) ex is a size 4 and look how small she is. No way, no how is she bigger than that lardass.

I was kind of surprised to find out she is only 5'7 and 1/2. Considering all of the criticism I see of that Cara Delewhatever girl only being 5'9, she's practically a midget in the fashion world. But oh man her measurements are basically perfect (33-23-35). Ugh, I feel really depressed now.

I am too old for this shit.

I feel that this clipping from Us Magazine is a bit misleading, so I wanted to comment on it.

I am a huge fan of Forever 21 and I'm very happy they have expanded their line to include a plus-size range, but I am not in that size category and this article makes it sound like I am! I am a curvy girl and I love my curves, but curvy and plus-sized are two very different things. I work really hard to maintain my curves while staying slim and healthy, so to be classed as a "fuller-figured woman" of extra large proportions is a little offensive.

For the record, I am a size 2, not 2XL.

Size 2? Are you for real? Are Hollywood "celebrities" really that dumb nowadays? Did she forget to add the 1 in front of that 2? Maybe 18 years ago she was a size 2, but definitely not now! There is absolutely no way in hell an ass that big could squeeze into a size 2. Most girls I know that wear a size 2 are not "curvy". They are built like pre-pubescent boys. I just held up a pair of size 4 jeans the other day in a store and even those would not fit that big ass of hers.

I can't stand these people that just cannot admit what their true size is. I see people in magazines that are like 5'2 and 224 pounds and they stand there and say they wear a size 6. Absolutely no way in hell is that possible. I don't even think if someone was 5'2 and 224 pounds worth of all muscle could squeeze into a size 6. Yeah, there is nothing I despise more than having to say I wear, on average, a size 12 (hey it's still better than the size 16, pushing 18 when I was on Seroquel, I was wearing 2 years ago), but it's what I wear and I am not going to lie about it.
