Four things ran simultaneously through my head while looking at this picture- "Incense and Peppermints" by Strawberry Alarm Clock , "Comfortably Numb" by Pink Floyd, "Crimson And Clover" by Tommy James and The Shondells, and "holy zombie Jesus, that dog looks like he smoked a big fat fucking doobie!".

I think if I ever became president, the first thing I would do is make weed legal. Too many people in the country are in desperate need of a joint.
