I can't say I was ever a huge fan of Robin Williams. I saw plenty of movies with him, like Ms. Doubtfire, Aladdin, Toys, etc and was obsessed with watching old episodes of Mork & Mindy when I was a kid. Oh, and Nine Months also- now that movie he was hysterical.

I didn't know a whole lot about Robin Williams, so I didn't know he had depression issues or if he was open about them. I did know a little about the addiction problems, that's about it. But he was a good example of how looks can be deceiving, how someone can appear to be so happy but dying emotionally on the inside. I think if people were to discover just how much emotional pain I have, they'd be shocked, because my outward appearance and demeanor barely shows it.

And every person who makes a comment that oh but he seemed to have it all or that suicide is cowardly or selfish or oh someone I know survived this or anything remotely similar needs to sit down. Forever. On a bench with rusty nails sticking up.
