DJ AM's Estate Files A Wrongful Death Lawsuit
The plane crash caused him to commit suicide? That's it. Brain, I am officially filing legal action against you. I think I will go for "emotional distress".
God, I am so sick of stupid lawsuits! If I ever became president (try not to shudder), the first thing I would do is ban lawyers. The lawsuits I read about every day are absolutely preposterous. Some aren't, but most are just a big case of people not watching what the hell they are doing!
Some of the stupidity I see when I am out is just absolutely mind blowing. When I was on vacation, our hotel had a gym and every morning, my sister and I went and worked out. The gym was small- the few machines they had were in a straight line down in this order: 3 ellipiticals, 2 bikes, and 3 treadmills. One day, this woman comes in with her son, who was maybe 8 at the most. I was on one of the treadmills and I see the kid climb on the one next to me and next thing I know, Mommy Dearest starts the machine up for him. I mean, there wasn't a big huge sign on the wall that said "No one under 18 allowed" or anything to be followed. And you just know, had something happened to that kid, she would have sued. Why are parents so dumb nowadays?
And I am honestly expected to do jury duty on Wednesday? Does the idea of me possibly being a part- albeit small, but still a part- determining someone's fate not instill major fear?
Oh, how fitting- "Fuddy Duddy Judge" just came on.

Things That Annoy Me Part VI
The plane crash with Travis Barker and DJ Am- I thought it was a sad situation, especially for the people who died. Then I heard that DJ Am was not only going to sue multiple companies, but the estates of the pilots and I think that is a lot of shit. Then I was going through some old People magazines last night and there was an article in one about the crash and it showed a picture of one of the pilot's wives and sixteen year old daughter and the blurb underneath stated how hard they, especially the daughter, were taking the accident and it just filled me with rage. These people are devastated over the loss of their loved one and he is actually going to have the balls to fucking sue them? They had nothing to do with the crash! His medical bills are probably through the roof, but he it is not like he is exactly hurting for money and suing the companies is probably enough. It sounds like the pilots made a good decision to me. Hey genius, if they had taken off, how would have they landed with a blown tire? Dumbass.
The show I saw a commercial for about really obese people who are at their wits end- One lady was saying that if it wasn't a sin, she would commit suicide and I felt like screaming. A lady who probably shoves down several pounds of food a day down her throat while people are starving is sitting there on her 400 to 500 pound ass saying suicide is a sin? Lady, gluttony is a sin, too.
Kidz Bop- ignoring the whole "kidz" instead of "kids" thing....I don't know who told these kids they can sing, but they should be taken out back and shot. Most music today is annoying as is. Adding kids to it is like rubbing salt into a stage three bedsore.
Celebrities who get things for free- they can afford it with no problem. Look at the money spent on the giftbags at the Oscars and stuff. Why not use that money to help, oh, I don't know, the people that keep the entertainment industry alive?
Dog movies that play that stupid "bow wow wow yippie yo yippie yay"- basically that is all of them
Discovery Health- I love this channel and am going to be sad when Oprah takes it over (isn't she worth enough money?), but the thing that annoys me out it is like 90 to 95% of the shows on it cover two things- babies or extremely obese people
Windows Updates- they slow down my computer and often have that annoying pop-up where you either have to restart your computer now or it will automatically restart in 5 minutes
Unprotected electronics- people leave their iPods as is and then stick them in their pockets and break them and then they expect Apple to pay for repairs. Use a cover! I saw a guy at the DMV one day walking around with a several thousand dollar Apple laptop under his arm. No case or anything. Besides the fact that he was a walking target for muggers, why in God's name would you carry around an expensive laptop like that with no protection? Are you fucking stupid?
People who leave expensive things in unlocked cars- Over the summer, there was a rash of break-ins in a Medford neighborhood and people who had left their cars unlocked had also left expensive laptops and jewelry and whatever in their cars. And then were surprised when they were stolen. First off, regardless of whether your car is locked or unlocked, WHY would you leave that kind of a stuff in a car? Do you know how many times I have walked by cars and see laptops or handbags just sitting there, clear as day? These people don't even make an effort to hide them. And second, how can you be that trustworthy in life to leave your car unlocked? Now I am a bit paranoid, but I still would never leave my car unlocked, no matter how safe I feel.
TV show cops- can any of them ever have a normal childhood? I know it's a stressful job, bu can any of them ever have a half-decent temper? They all seem to fly off the hand so quickly. Can a female cop ever just be tough and not be a complete frigid bitch and can the male cops ever just not be horny bastards? And can't one woman cop (or CSI) go without having her tits hanging out all over the place?
Grown up girls who call their fathers "daddy"- it just creeps me out. A little too "electra complex".
Family members who favor first born children- one of the things in life that irritates me the most. My father's side of the family is NOTORIOUS for this. Gee, I am sorry for being born last because, you know, I had so much say in when I was born.
