Woohoo! I graduated from training today! My test scores were as follows:
Technology Assessment- 99%
Product Assessment- 94%
Customer Service Assessment- 95%
We even had a whole graduation ceremony in front of the entire customer service floor. It was beyond mortifying. Had to wear the whole cap and gown and had confetti thrown on me. Oy vey. I wanted to crawl into a hole and die. My overall evaluation was good and the instructor said that once I get more confidence, I should make a great agent. My severely deflated ego swelled a bit at that. But wait until I get my first nasty customer. It'll pop quickly.
Thank god today wasn't too bad of a day because I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. And then to aggravate me more, I was stuck behind this tart cart for a good portion of the way to work that was driving way under the speed limit and even after ramming my horn, it didn't get out of the way. When I pulled up next to it, there some major quadriplegic in the back of the bus and I am thinking, dude, is that why the driver was driving so slow? Are you trying to protect the person in the back? I don't think that person could get any worse off than they already are!
We received the new TV Guide (is it me or are they giving out a ridiculously large amount of 2 week books anymore?) and in it are previews of new summer shows and some of the shows that are coming on....oh lord. What is with this world anymore? Why is everyone so all about themselves? I am so sick of the world. I am sick of the narcisstic assholes who plaster themselves all over TV. I don't care if you want to find love. Find it like a normal person. I don't care about your wedding. I don't care about any so-called real housewives. I don't care about the next family that has a litter of babies. I don't care about Nayda, Kate and Jon, the Duggars, or any other rampant breeders. I don't care about Bristol Palin and what a stupid whore she is. I don't care about her stupid mother. I don't care about Miss California or Susan Boyle. I don't care about some little rich brat's sweet sixteen. What is the big idea about turning 16 anyway? I think we should gather them all up, bring the troops home, and ship those assholes to Iraq and Afghanistan instead.

Quote Of The Day
From The Simpsons, can't remember which episode, Willie on siblings:
It won't last. Brothers and sisters are natural enemies! Like Englishmen and Scots! Or Welshmen and Scots! Or Japanese and Scots! Or Scots and other Scots! Damn Scots! They ruined Scotland!

Random Thoughts
Blech! A few more days left of training! I honestly think I will enjoy the job more than the actual training. I am so sick of the music, it's pathetic. It came to me one day what the music reminds me of- the Bright and Shinies from Bubble Boy. I could totally picture all the Todds and Lorraines singing about isn't it great, don't it feel good and there's no place like [name omitted to PMA].
The teacher is what is driving me nuts. I don't get it. I just want to learn. The amount of information I have to learn is astronomical. There are federal laws and regulations, there are state laws and regulations, there are local laws and regulations and then you have the company's own individual laws and regulations. And on top of that, I have to learn several computer systems, which is actually easy for me to pick up. This is not shit you can learn in 9 days. No way, no how.
We did the fucking hokey pokey the other day. Oy. Due to lack of sleep today, I think I might have gotten kind of snippy with the instructor today. I hate when people do not make themselves clear. Or worse, say one thing and a few minutes later say the opposite. If someone has a screen in front of them with multiple areas to click, do not just say "click there". What is there? So I kind of got snippy. And I don't like to be talked to like I am stupid. If I am just sitting there, not doing anything, there is a reason. Either I am off in la-la land or look at the screen better; it might be processing. If I need help, I ask for it. And please do not spend the entire 6 hours banging my chair!
It's too bad that we can't answer phones in the way that we would like to. Or at least, how I would like to. You know, like "thank you for calling [name omitted to PMA], a worker's worst nightmare when it comes to scheduling! This is Slighty Short Of Sane speaking, how would you like to bitch me out today because you don't know how to balance a checkbook?". Aw, man, if only.
I mean, what the hell do you do if your job training is not going well? This place gets high marks for a good training program and I think it sucks! The last similar company I worked for put me in on-the-job training and it was a cake walk compared to this.
I always think about how back in high school, all I could think was, I can't wait to go to college where I don't have to deal with getting called on or having to deal with group projects or anything. I thought that was all secondary school shit. Nope. No such luck. Hey, people in college have outside lives. Some of us work. We don't have time to get together with groups outside of school, especially if we are pulling most of the weight in the group, which is usually what happens to me. Usually I negotiate to do a lot of the research so I don't have to do any oral presenting, but somehow I still get stuck doing all of the research.
Ugh, McAfee Site Advisor is really starting to annoy me. There has to be a certain way I google stuff for the little colored symbols to appear. And the most bizarre part? They won't show up, but if I click on another tab I have open, the symbols will be scattered all over the page.
I just read an article in the newspaper where some tech guy was bitching out antivirus programs and it was all "it's all the user's fault if they get a virus for staying off safe pages". Hey, legitimate webpages can get hacked, you know. You could easily sign on one day to some legitimate government webpage and get smacked with a virus. In fact, didn't that just happen? I think it was NASA or something. And then the writer turns out to be another supporter of AVG. What is everyone's deal with that? AVG is really going to have some competition now that my personal favorite has antispyware on it. Take that, AVG and Avast!

Sorry, bitch, not all of us can be all sunshine and rainbows coming out of our ass.

What's That? God Doesn't Give You More Than You Can Handle?
Let's look at a scenario- a cousin of mine. She has been through quite a lot of bad shit. She lost a son when he was ten years-old. He was playing around in an abandoned building or something and fell through a roof and was killed. Years in between that, there was alcohol and various health problems. This past fall, her husband commit suicide (the one that I have mentioned several times). Now her daughter was just hit and killed by a hit and run driver.
To be truthful, I can't feel bad about what happened to her. Now I am not saying she deserved it, because no one deserves a death like that (although I could think of a few), but with her past behavior and up until her death, it's hard to feel any kind of remorse. She put her parents through absolute fucking hell. Knocked up twice, has dated more losers than I went to school with, drugs and alcohol, stole money from her parents, got into debt and after her father took out a loan to pay the debt off, she and the boyfriend at the time went and opened up a credit card in her parents names and went on about a $5000 spree (probably on more drugs), crashed her own cars and her mother's car multiple times. Her big grand look at me, crocodile tear performance at her father's funeral made me want to projectile vomit. I wanted to sucker punch her in the face. Who the hell comes an hour and half late to her own father's viewing? Then manages to get into the church late and come running in late to the burial, giggling? So no, I find it hard to feel any sadness, except I feel bad for her mother, her sister, her 2 sons, and my aunt (which was her grandmother).
What the hell was she doing running around at 3AM anyway? Oh sure, no one will ask that. No, some people, e.g members of my extended family, want to go after the boyfriend instead of asking what an almost 30 year-old mother of 2 was doing trying to cross the road in the middle of the night. I guarantee she was intoxicated in some shape or form. And absolutely none of the members of my extended family threatening to beat up the boyfriend have EVER drove drunk and could have likely hit and killed someone else. Oh no. NEVER.
Now because I am not entirely heartless, that driver still had every right to stop or at least come back or at the very least, turn him/herself in. How do you hit someone and just keep going? I constantly live in fear that I will be driving and hit someone and I won't know it. It's amazing how that is a big worry with obsessive compulsive disorder. Seriously, google "OCD hitting someone and not knowing it" and see what comes up. It really shocked me when I found out how many others worry about that. I had a time where it was dark and raining and I hit a really big pothole in the road and after so long, the anxiety of wondering whether I hit someone got so bad I had to pull a u-ey and go back to make sure I didn't hit someone. OCD is a monster.

The WTF/Bitch, Please! Of The Day
I couldn't decide which category to group this into. If I felt like it, I would also add a STFU Of The Day section as well. But anyway:
I have to laugh how people say this chick is mentally ill. She is not mentally ill. She is just a bitch. I get so tired of reading comments on anyone and this mental illness is being diagnosed and that mental illness is being diagnosed. Can't people just be assholes without having to be mentally ill?
On another note- my training update! I am happy to report that for the past 18 hours, I have not only been attempted brain-washed, I have also enjoy non-stop bashing of other banks and now it's moving onto other businesses as well. It's really starting to annoy me. I am also annoyed with having to be called on like in school, doing oral presentations (yesterday, we had to write an infomercial for a specific account type; look, if I wanted to sit and write infomercials and jingles for stuff, I would work in marketing), and having to do group work. I don't do group work. I like to work on my own and I like to do assignments without them being a race. Look, I am all for fun and games, but when I have to learn something, I want to be serious. I don't want to play bingo or anything. And most of all, I don't want to hear corny ass jokes!
I hope to God that there is a training course evaluation at the end because I am going to rip the hell out of the experience. I want to learn how to do the goddamn job. I don't want to learn why the company is better than X bank or B bank or whatever other bank that isn't it. But hey, if they don't mind paying me $12 an hour to sit on my ass and listen to the brainwashed trainers tell corny jokes and rip apart other companies for 6 hours, whatever. Easy money for me.
I also did an hour of shadowing today, where we were taken over to the building where I will be working and were sat with a banking specialist and watch what they do. And while the 7 or so phone calls my girl handled were not terribly frightening, there was still one call that made me shake my head. Why is it so difficult for people to comprehend that banks cannot just hand out other people's information to them? Whether it is your husband, sister, son, whatever....if your name is not on the account, we cannot provide you the information. It's not that hard to comprehend. Ask yourself this the next time- would you like it if a co-worker of yours called up and demanded to know your account balance and we just told them it? Yeah. Didn't think so. Shut up.
I have to laugh at how a big enforcement is that we are human and its okay to make mistakes. Yeah, try telling that to the customer screaming at you on the other end, expecting you to magically erase their overdraft fee and to replace the missing money. Yeah, they don't see us as human. I don't want to empathize with the customer. I don't care if they are frustrated; there is still no reason to scream at the customer service rep. Last winter (2008), I had sent a letter to cancel a warranty and 2 months went by and I never received my rebate. I called up customer service, they told me it should be coming soon. Another 1 month went by, never seen it. Call again. Told the same thing. Another few weeks go by, nothing. Call a third time. Told the same thing. This time I said I am done and took it to the BBB. And you know what? I got my rebate back not long after that. Two thumbs up, BBB. But the point is, I was frustrated beyond belief and I still did not scream or even speak abruptly to the person on the other line.
It is not our fault you don't know how to balance your damn checkbook. Here is an idea- this is coming from me- when you write a check, write it down and deduct it immediately. My checkbook has never been unbalanced, except a few times I was a couple cents off. And avoid direct withdrawal at all costs. I never, ever allow a company to withdrawal from my account.
Kate Gosselin said she feels society has a responsibility to help with the children, since modern medicine promotes the use of fertility drugs, which can lead to multiple births."Excuse me? Society has a responsibility to help with her kids? Kate, no one put a gun to your head and forced you to go and use fertility drugs, you stupid cunt. But please do us the favor.

The Bitch, Please! Of The Day
Here we go again:
Do you consider the death penalty murder? I would think that if you are an holier than thou, praise Jebus type, that a life is a life. These people stand here and preach that no one has the right to take another life, but will jump at any instance to execute someone and while I am not one to protest the death penalty if the person is definitely guilty, I would think that "no one has the right to take another life" would mean any life, regardless of what that person has done.
Hey, let's go a little further. Republicans seem to be big fans of pollution. You honestly can tell me that pollution has no bearing on sexual organs? If some dangerous substances can cause cancer, I certainly see no reason they can't cause damage to gametes. The scariest type of anti-abortionists believe life goes back as far as the gametes.
This response was written in the comment section:
Here's a question concerning two hot topics. Why is the torture of an enemy combatant wrong, and punishable, and abortion isn't? If torture is a horrible thing that should never happen, is it because it's inhumane?Karen? Here is a question for you. Why is abortion considered murder, but bombing the hell out of a country and killing civilians- WHICH INCLUDES PREGNANT WOMEN, BABIES, AND CHILDREN- perfectly okay? Look, I know that for some people, everything is black and white, it either is or it isn't no in between, myself included, but even I know that just because someone is Iraqi or Afghani or whatever that IT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MAKE THEM A TERRORIST.

What is humane about abortion? One procedure using a burning solution. Another tears apart a baby's limbs and organs as it's sucked from the womb. Another partially delivers a viable baby who could probably live outside the womb, and an instrument is used to puncture the base of the baby's head and its brain is sucked out.And what is humane about shooting wolves from helicopters? Or killing a polar bear? It's humane to allow a pregnant woman to die if the fetus is threatening her life? Aw, if only my sister could get on here and write out how that when a pregnant woman is having trouble, it can affect the fetus. Oh, but that's right. When that happens, it's "God's will". We'll just ignore that little itty bitty fact that one life could have possibly been saved.

Conservatives want it one way: have the baby whether the woman wants or can afford it. Because a fetus has a heartbeat does not make it a person. It cannot survive outside of the womb. One less mouth to feed? Maybe. Aren't conservatives always complaining about women having more children than they can afford and don't want their tax money going to baby machines? Inconvenient? Do we add another child to the wolrd that may not be cared for, that could be discarded and abused? If adoption is the answer, why are there hundreds of children up fpr adoption that no one wants. If every child is wanted, as pro-lifers say, then why are there any children available for adoption? Now there are some points for civil discussion.Touche, Mike.

Help! I have been brainwashed!
I survived my first day back to work to a job that isn't temporary. It was more or less an orientation. According to the company. According to me, it was a let's bash the competitors brainwashing cult meeting. It scared the hell out of me. The instructor was just way too chipper. I find it hard for anyone to love their job as much as these people portray themselves.
The chocolate chip cookies they had were pretty fucking awesome, though.
I don't think I have ever mentioned this before, but one day I drug my sister to the library with me and she handed me a book and suggested I should read it. It was Therapy by Jonathan Kellerman. When I finished that, I discovered in a preview of the next book that this book was part of a series. So I decided my mission was to read all of the Alex Delaware novels. And they have all been pretty easy to go through. A little tedious and it gets to be a little predictable and annoying to read the same things in almost every book (we get it; Milo always rubs his face, as if washing without water) and I am one of the many that finds Robin to be annoying (and I liked Allison until the last book she was in), but I have read 22 out of 23. The last book I was finally able to get my nasty little claws on was Private Eyes. It's been almost a week and I am still not done it. Normally it took me 4 days tops to finish a book. PE is just not that interesting. I really do not see how the book can go on for 524 pages. I am on 286 and I am already saying, come on for god's sake.
Many people, mostly family members, claim that they do not get me. Hell, I do not get myself. There are behaviors I exhibit that I do not get at all. I absolutely despise any type of attention plastered on me (birthdays are killer; I cannot stand everyone watching me blowing out the candles or singing to me or watching me open presents; it embarrasses me). Yet when something exciting happens for me and someone else is there to share the moment as well, it bugs the hell out of me. My eighth grade and my high school graduation all had to be shared with my sister's graduations. I finally find a job after 2 years of looking and guess who got a new job as well? My sister! She mentioned something once before about the both of us going back to school and graduating at the same time and I wanted to scream, NO! She has had three college graduations already! I am not about to share my first college graduation with her.
In the tradition of things, when it comes to me purchasing something, I either drag out the decision for so long, I end up deciding not to buy something or I rush into it and then end up having to return it. I stated before that I considered buying a stepper. Over the weekend, I purchased a Nordic Track mini-stepper. I got duped into applying for a credit card and saving $15 as well. I used it on Saturday with not too much of a problem (although periodically I had to step off and take a break). Did 2000 plus steps and burned 300 calories (although if you look up calories burned on the internet, it would say at my weight I would have burned 400 plus). But then I got on it the next day and was having a really difficult time on it. I felt like I was barely doing anything, plus with the motions of a stepper, I am nervous about injuring the ankle area. So now I am contemplating taking it back, but thanks to the time it is, I feel horribly guilty about taking it back. Its a nice stepper otherwise. But I am now thinking maybe I should just replace my bike. It's what has worked and it isn't something I do all the time. I don't know what to do. I have been really emotional lately, so everything makes me feel bad and guilty.

The Bitch, Please! Of The Day
Over on the Huffington Post, there was an article about how the American people are now more pro-life than pro-choice and aside from my argument with that, my beef lies in one of the comments I read. A member, when asked why healthcare is prevented, mentioned that healthcare is unaffordable and the response by a user named LeftyLucy was pure absolute genius:
First off, Lucy, if it was that easy, no one would be without health insurance. Open your eyes, moron! Have you noticed the state of the economy? It is hard enough to find a job! Finding one with health benefits is almost next to impossible! And this isn't even including the following facts: 1. the health insurance plan isn't so bad, you're better off without it; 2. it's not going to cost almost as much as your monthly salary; 3. pre-existing conditions!
Democrat or Republican....they both sides have their share of morons.
I do kind of keep hoping that maybe, just maybe, that post was being sarcastic.
Get a job that has health benefits.Wow, Lucy, how long did it take for you to deduct that brilliant reasoning?

Lyrics Of The Day
The best part from "Stranger In My House" by Tamia (although depends on which version you hear; I am referring to the version I have and what I usually hear on the radio):
Pop quiz!
Tell me where we first kissed
Tell me where my spot is
Tell me if I liked it, loved it
Or could it be
That the stranger is me
Have I changed so drastically?
Is it I want more for me?
And you remain the same

Quote Of The Day
From Futurama episode "Where The Buggalo Roam":
Bender: And even though the computer was off and unplugged, an image stayed on the screen. It was...the Windows logo!
Fry: That's not scary.
Bender: It is if you're a laser printer.
An Angry Letter To Music Choic
Dear Music Choice:
I noticed that recently you changed your line-up. Change is good. For the most part.
You used to have 2 different dance music stations- you had Dance and then you had Electronica. Now you went ahead and politely combined them to one station. Why? You have about 57 different rap stations, 83 different musica espanol stations, and about 426 different pop/rock stations that all play the same shit. You couldn't just provide two separate dance music stations? I know that dance music isn't "cool" to the sheep of society, but there are people out there who do actually like to listen to it and would appreciate a couple different stations for variety.
And then look at some of the stations you have. Toddler tunes? WTF? And Kidz Only? Now I kinda hate to knock on the KO one since they have played "Groove Is In The Heart" before, but....seriously? Most kids wouldn't know good music if it bit them on the ass. Their idea of "good music" and "talented singers" are Hannah Montana, for God's sake. Besides, kids shouldn't be watching TV. They need to get off their fat lazy asses and go outside and play.
Oh, and please do not ever get rid of "Sounds Of The Seasons". I anxiously await every November 1st for when they start to play Christmas music. It pleases me.
Sincerely,
An Angry Listener

From Futurama episode "The Why Of Fry". It's a lot funnier when you actually can see it. I couldn't find a clip of it, though:

Quote Of The Day
Wonder Showzen's disclaimer:
Wonder Showzen' contains offensive, despicable content that is too controversial and too awesome for actual children. The stark, ugly and profound truths `Wonder Showzen' exposes may be soul-crushing to the weak of spirit. If you allow a child to watch this show, you are a bad parent or guardian.

What the he....is that snake eating it's own ass?
Off topic....am I the only person on earth that is absolutely sick and tired of hearing about this Miss California chick already? She is entitled to not support gay marriage, of course, and lord knows I am not a fan of Perez Hilton by any means, but for God's sake....I know that lately it does not take much for any random moron to become the hot topic of the day in the news, but the bar seems to really have fallen. Now she has to be interviewed by Faux Noise and made the face of some anti-gay marriage group? It's not like she is the only person in America who is against gay marriage. What makes her so special? Oh. Right.

Random Thoughts
If you have not noticed by now, I have been exceptionally nasty lately.
I have also had little sleep today, I spent a few hours with my grandparents (who I love to death, but even the most patient person in the world will have frazzled nerves at the end of spending time with them), and I was drug to the mall on a weekend. My nerves are shot.
I blame it on the weather.
I visited a webpage today that I enjoyed reading in the past and despite how many times I have read it, I found an article today that I do not even remember ever reading, even though it was posted sometime before the last time I read it. And the article brought about a great deal of disappointment. And then anger. And it has progressed into an unrelenting ball of rage.
Yes, it sucks what you are going through. I do give you that. But I am getting sick of this shit from people. I am tired of being told to just fucking buck up. Okay, what the friend of the writer said was a bit poor in taste and I personally would never say it to another, but I have thought the same exact thing many, many, many times. And I am not going to apologize for it. If I say I want to die, despite having a semi-good life, that is my problem. If I want to be miserable and grouchy for no reason, I am going to be miserable and grouchy for no reason and if you don't like it, tough shit.
And especially, ESPECIALLY, do not DARE ever utter "there is always someone out there with things worse than you" because I will tear my hair out. God, I hate that saying with a passion. Do you think I don't know that? Of course I do! Do I care? No I do not! Yes, there are plenty of people out there with worse shit than me. There are also plenty of people out there with worse things than those people as well. Hey! Anyone who has ever lost a leg or an arm, stop pitying yourself! There are people out there who have lost both legs or both arms! Lost a loved one? Suck it up! There are people out there who have lost their entire family! Really now. Let me get this straight. Because someone out there has worse problems than me, I am expected to "buck up" and suffer in silence? I am not allowed to bitch and moan and cry if I want to? The hell with that. What, am I supposed to be grateful that someone out there has it worse than me? Did it ever occur to the morons in society that everyone handles things differently? What could be devastating to one is not to another? That that is the reason why two people can be sent to war, see the same things, come home, one goes on to live a long life and the other comes home and blows his brains out?
This is annoying as the people who get angry at those of us who want a particular thing. Why? What is the big deal if we want this? Is it our fault that society made such a stigma out of it? If these people could just have an inkling understanding of the mental torture we go through in life having to deal with this. It's harder than anyone can imagine.
I have a savings account with the bank I am going to be working for and yesterday, my federal income tax check came (woohoo, $74) and I was debating whether to deposit it in my SA or my checking account (which is another bank). Since the former gets interest, I decided to go with the SA. Then I looked over my CA and it took me several years to finally think, I have a high balance, why do I not transfer about $500 of it to my SA and let it build interest instead of sitting and not collecting anything? I feel pretty stupid that I never thought of that. But back to the story; I'll get there eventually. So I go to the bank and the teller is acting funny and calls someone over and they talk amongst themselves. Finally, the teller informs me my account was dormant (I opened it in 2005 and haven't made any deposits since than). Another 10 minutes is spent dilly-dallying and then finally the kid informs me my account is okay now and finishes the deposit. When I get to the car, I realize the account balance is not printed on the receipt.
When I get home, I decide to sign up for online banking, against my better judgement. That cannot be easy, either. I have to have an ATM card to sign up myself. SO finally I say the hell with it and call customer service and get my balance and the kid on the phone starts droning on about online banking and I told him about not having an ATM card and he offers to sign me up. I say what the hell and agree to it. So I create a user name and all that and he gives me a standard password and I fill in all the info and come to the change password screen and that gives me a problem and then finally goes through and brings me back to the log-in screen. I enter in user name and new password and it won't allow me to log in. He resets the password. This went on about 5 more times until finally he says he is going to get a higher-up to see what is going on. I am put on hold and forced to listen to some bizarre Muzak. A few minutes later he comes back on and informs me that my account is dormant. At this point I am ready to bang my head against the computer screen because all I wanted was my fucking balance and it turned into a 20 minute ordeal. I explain to him about the whole ordeal at the bank earlier and that my account was said to be no longer dormant. After apologizing to each other several times, we hang up.
Now what is the point of my story? The whole experience left a really huge knot in my stomach. In a few weeks, I am going to be doing this for a living. And I don't think all the training in the world is going to prepare me for this. Getting screamed at by the public is no longer my only fear about taking this job. I am not ready for this at all. I am scared to death.

An Angry Letter To Anyone Who Has Ever Lost A Wallet And I Found It
Dear Anyone Who Has Ever Lost A Wallet and I found it:
You folks really need to learn some fucking manners.
I may not come off as a nice person, but I am still semi-decent. Every single time I have found a wallet, the temptation to take the money out of it and return the wallet without the money has been overwhelming. Lord knows I need the money. But I didn't. I remembered my morals and returned the wallet without taking a single thing. And never once have I received even as much as a thank you. I get a yes, that is my wallet. And that is it.
Hey, I didn't have to return it. I could have been like the rest of the disgusting leeches in socity and taken your money and your credit cards and went on a shopping spree. But I have no desire to go to jail and if I lost my wallet, I would certainly appreciate it to the nth degree if one gave it back to me, especially with everything in tact. I am not looking for a reward, but I would appreciate two fucking simple little words- THANK YOU.
So from now on, if I see a wallet on the ground, do not expect me to pick it up and return it to you. I am going to leave it on the ground and walk away and pretend I did not see it.
Sincerely,
A Semi-Decent Citizen

Lyrics Of The Day
"Tuesday Afternoon (Forever Afternoon)" by the Moody Blues:
Tuesday afternoon
I'm just beginning to see
Now I'm on my way
It doesn't matter to me
Chasing the clouds away
Something calls to me
The trees are drawing me near
I've got to find out why
Those gentle voices I hear
Explain it all with a sigh
I'm looking at myself reflections of my mind
It's just the kind of day to leave myself behind
So gently swaying through the fairyland of love
If you'll just come with me you'll see the beauty of
Tuesday afternoon
Tuesday afternoon
Tuesday afternoon
I'm just beginning to see
Now I'm on my way
It doesn't matter to me
Chasing the clouds away
Something calls to me
The trees are drawing me near
I've got to find out why
Those gentle voices I hear
Explain it all with a sigh
