Off-topic- why is it that I want to do something nice for the environment and I have to be penalized for it? I want to be nice and recycle my old monitor that is so big it should be paying taxes, but I have to pay $10 for it? And then be given a $10 gift card to Worst Buy? I don't buy at Worst Buy anymore! And unfortunately I don't know anyone else that does either to even sell them my gift card! ARGH! Why not just give me a Visa gift card?
