An Angry Letter To Music Choic
Dear Music Choice:
I noticed that recently you changed your line-up. Change is good. For the most part.
You used to have 2 different dance music stations- you had Dance and then you had Electronica. Now you went ahead and politely combined them to one station. Why? You have about 57 different rap stations, 83 different musica espanol stations, and about 426 different pop/rock stations that all play the same shit. You couldn't just provide two separate dance music stations? I know that dance music isn't "cool" to the sheep of society, but there are people out there who do actually like to listen to it and would appreciate a couple different stations for variety.
And then look at some of the stations you have. Toddler tunes? WTF? And Kidz Only? Now I kinda hate to knock on the KO one since they have played "Groove Is In The Heart" before, but....seriously? Most kids wouldn't know good music if it bit them on the ass. Their idea of "good music" and "talented singers" are Hannah Montana, for God's sake. Besides, kids shouldn't be watching TV. They need to get off their fat lazy asses and go outside and play.
Oh, and please do not ever get rid of "Sounds Of The Seasons". I anxiously await every November 1st for when they start to play Christmas music. It pleases me.
