The pineapple upside down cake at Cracker Barrel!
It rightfully should have gotten honors last year, when I had it for the first time and then 2 or 3 more times after that. I absolutely adored it and was disappointed when it was replaced for the next seasonal offering. Needless to say, when I went in January of this year and saw it back on the menu, I nearly upended the table in excitement. It is fucking awesome! It's warm, gooey, and eating it with the ice cream is like heaven. Foodgasmic! My only suggestion for improvement would be to add some kind of nut. Then it would be so awesome, my head would explode.
