The No. 1 reason is there aren't many Bible verses addressing it -- Homosexuality is not the mega issue of the Bible. It gets four Bible quotes, whereas greed and oppression of the poor gets 107 verses in the Bible. That's the mega issue of the Bible, and yet a lot of Christians today and our politics are supporting the greed and the interests of the wealthy and the powerful and their greed, but we're acting like homosexuality is issue No. 1.
