On Video: Blind man beaten in Germantown, suspect sought
Seymour Street....oh my god, I can't. I am a terrible person. Not as terrible as the suspect, though. Or the people who stood around and done nothing. Look, I can understand being afraid that you may risk your life trying to help, but for the love of God, even if you don't directly help, at least call the cops or something! I'm surprised someone wasn't standing around filming the beating with their Smartphone. That seems to be such a big thing nowadays. Ooo, look someone is getting beat half to death, better whip out my phone and record it so I can post it on Youtube lulz.
