In my day, we didn't have 'circus clowns' that sing, dance play piano and studied contemporary art like Warhol. In my day, we had unca jimbo scraping a washboard with a spoon, aunt hilda playing the banjo an' I was on the moonshine jug. That was music, that was talent, none of this 'stage performance' with their flashy costumes and outrageous dance moves, we kept our audience captivated by hawking loogies at them when they'd start to nod off. Now that's talent!
